ring came quickly. nicely polished. with polishing cloth. box. I had a question, and puzzle ring responded by email the next day. we have not separated the ring yet, and tried to put it back together, as it is a gift not yet given.
one small item - I bought white gold ring. box does not indicate the metal or purity. not sure my wife will know if its silver or gold.
second small item - I wish they had some photos on website of ring on a persons finger, to get a sense of size.
to get 5th start - I'd want the box and ring labled with metal type and purity, also need to actually play with the puzzle some before giving a 5th star. all else good.
