HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WILL SHIP?

IN STOCK
Items marked In Stock ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

MADE TO ORDER
Items marked Made to Order are crafted individually and are not kept in stock.
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the style. Estimated production times are listed on each product page.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Please note:

  • The shipping confirmation is sent when the label is created

  • Tracking may not update until the carrier receives the package

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours

FEDEX GUARANTEE

Guaranteed delivery means that if FedEx does not deliver within the stated time frame, your shipping fees may be refunded.

This guarantee does not cover delays caused by Acts of God or extreme weather conditions. Please contact customer service if you believe you qualify for a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If an incorrect address is entered for a FedEx shipment, an $11.00 address-change fee will be charged after the package has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid additional charges. This fee applies to both free FedEx Second Day Air promotions and paid FedEx services.
