Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery.

  • Custom or special orders (items not offered on our website) are non-returnable.


Returns for Refund

  • Items must be unworn, unused, solved (for puzzle rings), and with the jewelry tag attached.

  • Shipping fees (Priority, FedEx, Express, etc.) are non-refundable.

  • Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns showing wear, damage, scratches, bent bands, missing tags, or unsolved puzzle rings will not be accepted.


Exchanges

  • We offer one free size exchange per item. Additional size exchanges may incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Once an item is exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • International customers are responsible for all exchange-related shipping costs.

  • Puzzle rings must be fully solved with the tag attached to qualify.

  • Made-to-order items require full production time (2–3 weeks) for the replacement ring.

  • Sale prices apply only to in-stock items. If a made-to-order ring must be created for an exchange, sale pricing does not apply.

If you are unsure of your size, please visit a local jeweler or request a free ring gauge before exchanging.


How to Ship Your Return or Exchange

  • Use a secure carrier with tracking and insurance (USPS recommended).

  • Ship items inside the original ring boxDo not use envelopes or unprotected packaging.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

International Returns

  • Customs/duty fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • To avoid delays or extra charges, mark the package as “Returned Merchandise” and reference your original AWB (Air Waybill) number on the customs form.

  • Use insured Postal Air Services or a tracked carrier.


What to Include

Please include:

  • A copy of your email confirmation or packing slip

  • The original packaging and ring/jewelry box

Missing information may delay processing.


Custom / Special Orders

Custom and special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
