Since 2016 my partner and I have gotten three puzzle rings from here and they've been great pieces we wear almost all the time. We've had two separate maintenance requests in that time (bent one, cracked another after over 10 years of wear) and both times repairs were extremely quick and cheap.
All communication and transactions have been 100%+. I have bought two rings from this company so far and would not even think of buying elsewhere.
I opened my puzzle ring and tried for sometime to assemble it. I finally gave up and sent it to the Puzzle Ring Store. When I got it back, it was assembled, cleaned and polished. It was a real relief to have it back in one piece again.
