I love the ring but took it off one finger to try on another and it fell apart. I have looked at that video a dozen times. I cannot figure out how to put it together
Have bought many rings from this company and love them! One of them had a band that broke into. Called company and they had another sent out immediately upon return of other one. Very satisfied customer here!

We were on a budget and at the time we were able to buy a ladies and the matching men's one for aprox $80 from this site. We have never regreted our decision and no one has ever questioned whether its Silver or White gold.
My wife and I used to have gold puzzle rings but we wear silver now and wanted to replace them. We could t be happier with the rings we purchased. I needed a bigger size and am waiting for that to be delivered. But the ring is beautiful and we are so thrilled to have found a place that sells the style we were looking for!
