I received my puzzle ring BUT it does not fit and it came apart when I removed a piece of wire that was holding it together. I contacted the sender. They responded stating that will not refund unless the ring is in tack. I’ve tried putting it back together for a week but no luck. I’ve even watched a couple of YouTube videos and kept trying to reassemble the ring. Nope! I am not happy.

I purchased two puzzle rings for my Granddaughters which will be given to them on Christmas day. I have always found it difficult to buy for young adults and was struggling to think of something they would enjoy. I then remembered how I adored a silver puzzle ring I received at 16 as a birthday gift. I had them two rings shipped early to their Mom (my daughter) so she could wrap them for Christmas.
