It measures 12.5 mm(~1/2") on the face and 8 mm (5/16") on the bottom.
The ring pictured above is size 8 and and weighs almost 10.5 grams of sterling silver.

Ring has a hallmark of 925 (which means Sterling Silver) at the inner surface of the face of the ring. Bottom shank of the ring is very well designed against wear.
