We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 through USPS First Class Mail on all orders within the United States.

We offer several options for shipping. Please refer to the information below for additional shipping options and estimated delivery times. Please note that the delivery times are for the shipping only, and do not include production time for the item if it is being made to order. All available shipping options for your area can be viewed during the checkout process after entering your shipping information.

FedEx Second Day Air offers guaranteed* delivery within 2 business days of shipping. Please note that FedEx delivery days exclude weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery is available only upon request and at additional cost ($20.00). FedEx delivery is NOT available to PO Box addresses.

FedEx Next Day Air offers guaranteed* delivery within 1 business day of shipping. Please note that FedEx delivery days exclude weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery is available only upon request and at additional cost ($20.00). FedEx delivery is NOT available to PO Box addresses.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES


USPS Global Express/FedEx to Canada offers delivery within 5-10 business days of shipping.

FedEx outside Canada & US offers delivery within 5-10 business days of shipping. Shipping costs vary with location. Shipping costs for your area will be automatically calculated and can be viewed after entering your shipping information during the checkout process.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WILL SHIP?


IN STOCK - Items listed as IN STOCK will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Same day shipping is offered on orders placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following day.

MADE TO ORDER Items listed as MADE TO ORDER are not in stock and are made to order individually. This process typically takes between 2-4 weeks depending on the style. Estimated production times are listed on the product pages.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS?

Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order ships, which will include a tracking number to be used to track your order once it is on its way. Please note that shipping confirmation is sent when the shipping label is created, and the tracking number will not become active until the package is received by the postal service. Tracking information will become available within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation email.


*GUARANTEED - FedEx Guarantee means that if your package is not delivered within the given time-frame your shipping fees will be refunded. Please note this guarantee does not include delays caused by Acts of God or extreme weather conditions. Please contact customer service if you feel you qualify for a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event you enter an incorrect address for FedEx deliveries there will be an additional charge of $11.00 to change the address after the package has shipped. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct and avoid additional charges. This charged will be assessed if you qualify for the free 2nd Day Air or pay for any of the FedEx services.

What does "Item ships within 24 hours" mean?
  This means the product is in stock and will leave our facility within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday through Friday. Sorry it does not mean you will receive the item in 24 hours - although you could if you chose Next Day Air as your shipping option.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
