The ring came in excellent condition very quickly considering i was ordering from overseas. The company was also very easy to deal with and replied and fixed my concerns very quickly.

So when I received my ring it looked great until I noticed a chip in one of the rings. It's a little annoying because I had to gift it then tell them I'd try to get another one. After a quick call, a new one is on its way. Good costumer service, but I should never of had to use it.

Great service and quality! |

Our puzzle ring arrived in great condition when we first got it. It was polished, sturdy, and very pretty. It came in a high-quality box. We are very pleased with it; we've had it for 6 months now, and it still holds its shine and doesn't change color.
Unfortunately, we messed it up and couldn't solve it, so we contacted Puzzlering (UCTUK), and they quickly responded with a set of instructions to solve the ring. We still couldn't manage it, so we shipped it to them, and they solved it easily and had it ready to ship back to us within a day. They even repolished it and gave us a new box for the ring.
They're a family-run company, and they responded quickly to all our emails. They were also extremely courteous and helpful, and I got way more than I expected from them. I'll always consider researching their site for jewelry before any other; we highly recommend them!

My boyfriend and I wanted to get some matching rings to show our committment and chose the 7-band rings in sterling silver! We both love them. Nice, heavy metal and a beautiful bright finish.
