Returns

Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, and so we extend our return period for the holidays.

Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned for exchange or refund by January 31st.  Some restrictions do apply so please be sure to review our return policy for full details: www.puzzlering.com/returns.asp
